1. Agreement to These Terms
By accessing or using IBTechPrep (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue usage. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or through a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, please discontinue usage. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Site.
2. Accounts & Access
To access certain features of the Site, you are required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Sharing your account details is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion. Account deletion is self-service, and we cannot process such requests via email. We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, and payment details to provide and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers (e.g., Stripe for payment processing) as necessary to deliver our services.
3. Billing, Plans & Cancellations
Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment processor (i.e., Stripe). Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You are responsible for canceling before your next renewal date. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused subscription periods or plan downgrades under any circumstances. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time; changes apply only to new subscriptions unless otherwise communicated.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the Site or its content. We reserve the right to remove any user or content at our discretion.
5. Content & Accuracy
All content is provided for informational purposes only on an "as-is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Reliance on any content is at your own risk. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from your use of the Site.
6. Intellectual Property
All branding on the Site are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without prior permission.
Liability & Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
